Be undaunted.
It's time to own your power.

My name is Bethany Webster. I am considered an expert on healing the “Mother Wound,” something we inherit to varying degrees as women living in a patriarchy – and was the first to bring the term Mother Wound® into the mainstream conversation through my popular blog in 2014. To heal this core wound, I teach women how to discover an “Inner Mother” so that they can heal and emerge as their full selves. I invite you to explore my website or sign up for my course Healing the Mother Wound.

Who is your Inner Mother? And why do you need to discover her?

Your Inner Mother is a source of love and compassion that you can call upon in any moment.

But with very few exceptions, from the day girls are born, they are conditioned to split off from their truth. This creates anxiety, doubt, shame and it’s the core issue at the center of women’s empowerment.

I call this split the Mother Wound and healing it is some of the most profound inner work we can do. As we heal the Mother Wound, we cultivate an inner mother that can give us the support we’ve longed for, allowing us to become the unstoppable, undaunted women we’re being called to become at this time in history.
